The Evian Wimbledon experience promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Danone Waters UK & Ireland Ltd, their subsidiaries, families, agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. Only a maximum of two entries per person per draw will be allowed. One chance is registered by entering the main draw, and another additional bonus entry can be gained by forwarding the promotion to a friend. Entries will only be accepted under entrants' own name.

3. Prize Details: There is one prize package for the first draw and a total of four prize packages to be won for the second draw, (dates below). Each package includes one pair of tickets for either centre court or court one seats (to be confirmed on the day) accompanied by full hospitality on Saturday 27th June 2008. Hospitality includes a 3 course buffet lunch in the Evian VIP suite and afternoon tea. Both winner and guest must be aged 18 or over. Hotel accommodation will be provided for two people on 26th and 27th June at the Marylebone Hotel in London, this is based on two people sharing a room. Winners and their guests will be required to make their own way to the hotel, although transport from the hotel to The Championships, Wimbledon will be provided on Saturday 27th, as will return transport that evening. Hotel accommodation is provided on a basis of room and breakfast only, other meals are to be paid for as taken. Packages do not include travel insurance.

4. No purchase necessary. To enter simply enter the required details as directed on the website.

5. The first draw will be open Tuesday 26th May 2009, closing midday Friday 12th June 2009.The second draw will be open midday Friday 12th June 2009 closing midday Friday 19th June.

6. All entries received by midday on the closing dates will be entered into the draw and the winner will be drawn at random on the afternoon of each draw date under independent supervision.

7. All winning entries will be drawn under supervision and contacted by phone and email within 3 days of the closing date. In view of the nature of the prizes, if winners cannot be contacted after 3 days of reasonable attempts, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and the prizes will be awarded to reserves drawn at the same time as the originals.

8. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The promoter will not be held responsible for cancellation of tennis play due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

10. There are no cash alternatives or other prize alternatives available. The prizes can only be awarded directly to the winners.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes, of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond their control.

13. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the term and conditions. Incomplete or corrupt entries will be invalid.
